Not the best but it gets the job done

The pool was nice too, even though they didn't have a hot tub.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The breakfast is nice. It seems to be cheap but tasty.

My friend forgot his mobilephone charger. But there was no charger.

quiet and convenience location in interstate 5 and easy access to most of the freeways in LA.

The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The staff provided great service. I appreciated the hot breakfast. It was filling. The location was convenient, close to shopping and attractions.

Good position was an added bonus. I loved that the hotel was 22 minutes drive from the airport. My room included central heating, cable television and a microwave oven. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was free with lots offood.

Lot of parking space available.

The rooms would need a serious renovation, at least according to the european standards. Was noisy till 10pm due to an organised party in the pool, although we asked for a quiet room at check-in. Atypical breakfast.

I enjoyed the clean and well-organized common areas. The attentive staff were quick to assist with any queries.

Improve hot water availability in the morning.

Front desk personnels very friendly, I like the fact that I wasn't bother for my room to be clean. As you know I come from a very busy city as far as entertainment, the least I want when I stay else where but my home town in las vegas is to be bother. I like to be away to relaxed and sleep. The staff is very helpful at all the levels.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the accessible layout, made moving around easy, and the attentive staff were always ready to assist when needed.

The desk staff was very friendly and kind.

The room smelled. We tried 3 different rooms and they each smelled.

The room was very well kept by the staff, room well appointed with desk, chairs, comfy bed and cable TV. Also fridge and tea/coffee making

The breakfast spread was decent, kind of hit or miss, but it filled the belly! The location is clutch, super close to shopping and restaurants. The room comfort was pretty dope, especially that king bed I crashed on after a day of food adventures.

Now, housekeeping was out here gossiping-y'all it's too early for that! And checking out was a hassle, 'cause it took nearly an hour to find my deposit.

We have been asked for a printed reservation of the room otherwise would not have been possible to check in. Asked 10 dollars to print the reservation at the internet service. Finally was ok to show the reservation on the Ipad. Room key was not working we need to ask for assistance and wait 20 mins. Vending machine stolen 2 dollars, not refounded. Ice machine was not working. TV remote control was not working.

good breakfast choices, nice room, comfortable, conveniently located, good price for the value received.

had a room next to the laundry room - someone was doing laundry at 11:30 at night and there was something thumping in the dryer - like tennis shoes? - i called the front desk and was informed that there were no rules associated as to when the machines could be used. had to wait for their load to finish before going to sleep - i thought that that was inappropriate - also the lack of willingness to fix the problem.
